My name is Ingrid, but my family and friends call me Nini. I have always been passionate about cooking and baking, ever since I can remember. I have been an entrepreneur since I was a college student in Honduras. When I was 19 years old, I started baking my famous "galletas chilenas" and beautiful cupcakes for me to sell in the university. That is how my first business, "Nini's Bakery," started.

Life took a wild turn, and I was able to go abroad and study in Taiwan, Republic f China. Over there, I took a long break from baking due to my studies. But some things never change! I participated actively in international food festivals, and that is how people started asking about Honduran food. This curiosity took me to the next level when I decided to venture again into the food business. My newest endeavor, Nini's Honduran Corner, grew very quickly! I was recognized amongst the Honduran community for selling my semitas and my torrejas & eggnog at Christmas.

But then love took its call, and I moved to The Netherlands to live with my husband. And this is how Nini's Recipes was born! It has taken me more than 10 years to understand that in the food business, you need a lot of courage, hard work, but most importantly, a lot of passion! I am Nini, y es un placer atenderte!
